March of Discord
for Concert Band
"Chaos erupts between furious faces hollering at each other as conflict persists between them, while a marching band's snare drum and timpani boom in the distance. Nobody knows when this brutal quarrel will die down, or if it ever will."
My household was often full of tension and loud arguments scattering about, so I composed a dramatic marching band's theme to depict the chaos.
This is a concert band arrangement of March of Discord that the Greater Victoria Concert Band: Junior Band performed three times in Summer 2019.
